Guarda il 'Carpool Karaoke' di Paul McCartney con James Corden
L'ex Beatles e il comico e presentatore viaggiano per le strade di Liverpool nei luoghi della memoria di Sir Paul
Il presentatore James Corden ha finalmente mandato in onda la puntata di Carpool Karaoke registrata per le strade di Liverpool con Sir Paul McCartney che pubblicherà il 7 settembre il nuovo album "Egypt Station" anticipato pochi giorni fa dai singoli 'I Don't Know' e 'Come On To Me' da oggi in rotazione nella nostra Top 20.
Nel corso della puntata i due girano per le strade di Liverpool cantando alcune delle canzoni più famose dei Fab Four come 'Let It Be', 'Penny Lane' e, ovviamente, 'Drive My Car'. L'improbabile coppia, con un Corden visibilmente emozionato, fa poi tappa nei luoghi del giovane McCartney da Penny Lane, appunto, alla casa della sua famiglia dove ricorda quando lui e Lennon scrissero 'She Loves You' per poi correre nella stanza accanto e farla ascoltare a McCartney Senior che commentò "C'è troppo americanismo in giro, non potreste dire 'yes, yes, yes' invece di 'yeah'? ".
Il viaggio si conclude con una visita ad un pub dove Paul suonava da ragazzo con uno spettacolo esclusivo al quale prende parte anche lo stesso Corden sulle note di 'Hey Jude'.
