I Coldplay hanno condiviso il brano che chiude il nuovo album "Music Of The Sphere", Coloratura, un lunghissimo viaggio spaziale sulle orme di Pink Floyd
A pochi giorni dall'annuncio del nuovo album "Music Of The Spheres", i Coldplay hanno condiviso una nuova traccia dal disco dopo 'Higher Power', 'Coloratura'. Il brano che chiude il disco è una lunghissima pièce che prende ispirazione dalla psichedelia spaziale dei Pink Floyd.

I Coldplay mischiano le carte e sorprendono tutti con la seconda traccia estratta dal nuovo album "Music Of The Spheres", Coloratura.
Se nel primo singolo pubblicato dal disco, Higher Power, la band di Chris Martin si è cimentata con un synthpop dal sapore 80s e nel trailer per l'album intitolato 'Overtura', si poteva temere il peggio, il brano che chiude il disco è una vera sorpresa.
In Coloratura, infatti, i Coldplay giocano a fare i Pink Floyd e se ne vengono fuori con una canzone lunga 10 minuti con riferimenti spaziali sia nel testo che nel sound. Una suite psichedelica e quasi prog che rappresenta una prima volta nella discografia della band inglese e che spiazzerà sicuramente sia i fan che i detrattori.
Coloratura è stata pubblicata insieme ad un lyric video, in attesa di quello che sarà il vero e proprio secondo singolo dall'album previsto per settembre.

Music Of the Spheres
Si chiamerà "Music Of The Spheres" il nuovo album dei Coldplay. Il nono lavoro della band inglese arriva a distanza di meno di due anni dal doppio "Everyday Life" e avrà una caratteristica davvero particolare.
"Music Of The Spheres" uscirà il prossimo 15 ottobre e avrà una tracklist composta parzialmente non da titoli ma da emoji, mosa che alcuni mesi fa Chris Martin aveva rivelato di avere intenzione di fare.
Tra i formati disponibili per "Music Of The Spheres" anche una versione limitata con artwork diverso chiamata "Infinity Station" e vinili colorati stampati con materiali riciclati, cosa che li rende pezzi unici.
Rimanendo fedeli alla loro missione green che aveva fatto dichiarare alla band che il ritorno in tour sarebbe avvenuto solo quando a impatto zero, i Coldplay hanno annunciato che per ogni copia fisica di Music Of The Spheres acquistata, verrà piantato un albero grazie alla partnership con One Tree Planted.
